Does anyone know any good Trance/Techno Chord progressions the I could fool around with? I just got a Korg R3 and I want to start to learn some Techno/Trance techniques.

If you listen to the music for awhile you will realize that the chords/riffs are really simple & repetitive. Often just simple blues progressions. Listen to psychedelik.com which has streaming trance & ambient stations. Play along a little & you'll see how easy it is, except they are usually very fast.

classic pop trance chord progression is Am, F, C, G.

... or you could try something like F, G, Am, C -all of equal length, ie: 4 counts of each.

God knows how many times I've heard that one!!!
