Hello! I am a happy owner of Novation Launchkey 25 MK1 which I use to produce music on my desktop computer. Now the opportunity to join a band has arisen and I am going to setup a laptop with Ableton LIVE paired with a bigger controller for our gigs.
I am a bit puzzled about WHICH controller should I get at this point... Launchkey 61 MK2 seems the best fit since I already love the old 25 MK1 model. I could keep the smaller controller for my home music production and for travelling.
But... Is it the best idea? If I setup my Ableton projects at home, using my desktop+25 MK1 setup, will I be able to play them later on with the 61 MK2 and my laptop?
