CTK-491 synthesizer sounds

Ok, this is an odd question. I am writing a story in which a character was given a Casio CTK-491 (in 2003) and on which she wants to play a certain song. I found the user's manual online and it does say it plays "synth" sounds. The song she specifically wants to play is Metric's "Hustle Rose," available at

. Does this Casio have any sort of sound that could replicate the keyboards Emily Haines plays? It doesn't have to be the EXACT sound, just the same "feel." If so, what is the name of the functions she would use on the keyboard? If it doesn't, what cheap keyboard available in 2003 WOULD make similar sounds?
