I am trying to record my song including the ACMP from my online classes. I hooked the Mic/Output that I normally feed to my headphones, which sounds great, to the camera, which does record it while taking the video, but it comes out with a lot of static and sounds worse than just recording with my phone video.
Has anyone succeeded in doing this? Any suggestions?
BTW...I just read the post about recording to their iPhone, and it was suggested to purchase a small mixer. I will look into that. But it seems to me I should be able to do what I just tried successfully. I wondered about the cable, but it sounds good on the headphones, so not sure about that.
