EMU Proteus MPS keyboard: how to set quick key??

EMERGENCY!
I need to use this (Orchestra Plus edition) in a stage production, and need desperately to set Quick Key (to pizz and legato strings). Lost the manual years ago, no idea how to do.
Can anyone tell me procedure??
We open tonight (The King and I)
