EZ-220 <Update> text in piano display

So we have just had some friends over in the house and now my EZ-220 stopped working. Apparently, some of the kids did something to it when we didn't look... Now when I turn it on, the text "<Update>" is displayed on the LCD, all the buttons and keys are unresponsive. I tried turning it on and off, unplug from power, etc. to no avail. I also have searched the manual, the forums, but didn't find anything. Does anyone have an idea how can I make this <Update> go away and get back our keyboard?

Press and hold the furthest right white key then power up the keyboard.

This should Reset it.
