FA-08 organ leslie/rotary control

I have a question re the FA-08. Is it easy to assign modulation to one of the control knobs, say when playing an organ patch? I’d prefer not to have to keep my hand on the mod lever to keep the rotary/leslie effect activated if that makes sense!

Cannot be specific but perhaps an expression pedal can be configured in the menu to provide mod control!

Yes it is relatively easy, but why not use the control pedal input and a latching footswitch like the Boss FS5L to control the Leslie
