Fantom G8 exporting audio

Hi, I have a G8 and am wondering how to export a "song" to my computer in a file type that is playable by some sort of music player. I have exported the .SVQ file but cant play that in anything, so how do you make the file playable by lets say windows media player, or quicktime, or iTunes and such? any helps is appreciated, TIA!
