I am assured by the sales articles that my new keyboard will read Midi files from a USB stick which is does. I am assured it will read WAV files from the stick but it doesn't. Can anyone please explain why I am having this problem

I can't, but are you following the directions on Page 3 of the manual, and are the WAV files in the exact format specified on Page 11?

Thanks for the reply Cowboy - I did try but found the keyboard not to my liking and I have sent it back.
