I have this Emagic AMT8. I don't have the manual or CDs or anything, but it works perfectly, I have the power cord, and it's boxed up and ready to ship to you!
8-in 8-out, USB (or serial, if you still go that way), works flawlessly with Logic Studio 9 with no need for installing any drivers (iirc). I have no idea what you need for other software, but I know that there are drivers out there on the interwebz for sure.
It's in basically perfect shape.
