Functions not working

Hello! I'm from the Philippines and new to this forum. I just need to share my problem regarding my cdp 230r - all fuctions not working only the factory default setting ( St Piano)

I need help. I've tried the "reset" as instructed in the manual but still didn't work.

If this instrument is new call the service from the music shop. Otherwise describe a little more detailed what you can't do.
