Getting sound distortions while playing

I have a Yamaha Tyros 5 keyboard (61nos. keys). When I play, some times loud sound distortions can be heard from speakers.At this time, no performances could be assigned.Some times , an error message appears on the screen saying "Unexpected error!(Sub). Turn the power off and on again.- rxrhmhslncdkb L 284"

I would save and backup everything especially user data and undertake a Factory Reset.

If problem persists, service tech as per Don’s advice.

If problem is solved reload user data and test again.

If OK fine, if not service tech.
