Hi there,

I'm having trouble finding a case that will fit my Juno DS88. I can't afford much more than 150$ (I know it's little) but at the same time I need it to keep my gear safe. Anyone found something safe and affordable?

*It's 55.10 ish long"

Thanks!

A little over your budget, but Gator makes solid gig bags and cases.

I recommend the Pro Go Gig Bags.

Personally I own a hard shell Gator TSA case for my Kurzweil. $500 well spent.

For the DS88 I think you'd need the slim xl 88 note gig bag.

Ditto to happyrat1.

A cheap gig bag is basically a way to easily carry a keyboard, giving it either a handle and/or a shoulder strap. Given how large most keyboards are, this isn't a bad thing. But it's also not protection.

If you just want to be able to easily carry the keyboard, you're fine. But if you want to protect it while transporting it, I'd be looking at something more substantial than just a gig bag.

I am very happy with the quality of the Gator gig bag I bought recently. It's not a flight case by any means, but nowadays I'm just a weekend warrior that moves my own equipment and the Gator bag is adequate for protection.

I bought a couple case's for a pair of keyboards that got roadie loaded a couple summers ago and they worked just fine, and paid less than $200 each for them - https://www.amazon.com/s?marketplac...N3NG3M6BA&merchant=AGJN3NG3M6BA&redirect=true

Thanks everyone!! I didn't expect such fast reply. I'm very happy I joined this group now :)

I bought a gator GKB 88 on Amazon last night after a few hours of reading.

I really wanted the slim xl one but it was not available.

I hope the one I got won't be too gigantic. If worse comes to worse, I'll use if for now and get a slim xl later on.

I really appreciate your fast responses.

The XL model may be the only one that fits your Juno. The GKB88 I think is too short for it.
