bin hier neu, und hätte da mal ne Frage an Euch. Ich habe das Problem, das ich meine Sitzhaltung . Meine Handgelenke kippen beim Üben immer noch nach
unten. Es heisst, dann ist die Hockereinstellung falsch. Ich habe alle Höhen ausprobiert, auch am Geräteständer, aber irgendwie immer nicht richtig.
Kann mir jemand sagen, was ich falsch mache. Ich würde mich über eine Antwort, sehr freuen.

vielen Dank, für deine Antwort, ich glaube ich sollte den Hocker nochmals, sowie den Ständer des Gerätes überprüfen. Dazu werde ich mich an deinem Bild orientieren. Danke nochmals!

The precise positioning should not be robotic. More than anything else is should be comfortable and natural. If it doesn't feel right, then it's probably wrong.

Die genaue Positionierung sollte nicht robotisch sein. Bequem und natürlich soll es vor allem sein. Wenn es sich nicht richtig anfühlt, dann ist es wahrscheinlich falsch.
