Hammond xk5 trouble shoot

Bought a xk5 a couple weeks ago and love it but…
It started to turn itself off after a couple hours of being on. I changed the power cord and it still does it. Any thoughts?

Take it back where you bought it before the warranty runs out.

check to see if there is an auto shutoff option in the menu. if so, turn the option off.

I talk to Hammond service tech. Auto shut off was the problem. He said the UK made them install the shut off. Thanks!
