My Mother was born in Canada and my Grandfather was laid to rest in the cemetery in Saskatoon after many years of illness caused by injuries received fighting in the Canadian Expeditionary Force in WW1.

The Tall Ships flotilla are in Toronto and are well worth seeing.

The Rolling Stones are live in a farmer's field 50 km North of Toronto today.

I'm sure it will be a zoo with hundreds of thousands in attendance.

It may be our last chance to see Jagger on stage, but I wasn't even aware of the venue when tickets were being sold.

I have been watching Glastonbury on BBC 2 and BBC 4 the past few days so all's good.
