How long have you been playing keyboard?
Don't be fooled that playing keys is easier on your shoulder than guitar. You can still get shoulder stress. Pain can be generated up from the hands through the arms to the shoulder, back and neck.
I have experienced nasty neck pain standing and/or sitting at my keyboard. Mine is arthritis related (spine).
What is your experience so far after your shoulder replacement?
