HELP KN 1400 ERROR !!!

Dear all...
sorry for my bad english .
I am a keyboard repair, and i have a problem with Technics KN 1400. The problem is keyboard not respond after turn on and the display shown the text : CAUTION ERROR IN CPU DATA TRANSMISSION. BUT IF TURN ON WITH HOLD THE TUTS/CHORD KEY THE DEVICE WILL START UP LIKE NORMAL BUT HANG OR NOT RESPONDING UNTIL THE DISPLAY SHOWN THE EQ SETTING, all the panel led is off.
the owner says that problem after he copied the style songs via floppy disk.
If any experience about this case, please help me.
