Help me please (keyboard settings)

Hi folks ... If I'm posting here it's because my new Zagg bluetooth keyboard is driving me crazy; -; In fact I need to use the AZERTY keyboard because typing é with alt + e + e is really not possible to write in French. The thing is that I finally found (totally without doing it on purpose the solution for my number keys to make the accents, but this morning by clicking quickly, I don't know what happened but the keyboard is back to its initial settings and there is nothing I can do about it ... Please help me otherwise I will have to write cr2me glac2e (ice cream)

I would like to specify that I use it with a samsung Tab s7
