33 Minutes Ago Hello there,
Can anyone please help me with a problem I've encountered..

When using my Korg pa1xpro in style play mode, I've got the four tracks set as;
classic piano, dark pad, strings ens 1, analog strings 2, in that order from the top down. Each track was set to 0 on the octave +/- settings and that was fine.

I must have accidentally done something to the octave settings as they are now all
different for each of the tracks, and I've been trying to set them all back to zero.
Trouble is when I adjust each track individually it automatically adjusts the other
three tracks either up or down an octave to a directly proportionate degree. (ie if I adjust track 1 up an octave, tracks 2,3, and 4 are also raised by an octave.. etc).
Not what I want as they are then still all set at different
octaves from each other.

The owner's manual only refers very briefly to the octave+/- buttons, saying that
resetting to zero can be done by pressing both + & - octave buttons simultaneously.
I have tried this, repeatedly, and it just doesn't work! No change to the octave settings.

Can anyone please advise me? Anyone know what I'm doing wrong? Would really appreciate suggestions...

Many thanks,
paulinbangor.

ok, I sussed it..

It's ok, I've sussed out what to do..
..in case anyone else gets into the same difficulty..

Basically you have to bring up the drop down menu in
your performance mode, then highlight "write performance"
function, select "yes" or "ok" when asked "are you sure",
and this will set as permanent the various settings you
you have previously selected including octave +/-.

To change your settings simply make the alterations
and repeat "write performance" procedure.

Cheers all,
Merry Xmas,
paulinbangor :D
