How do I set up my Keyboard?

A few months ago a family member gave me an old keyboard for my son, it didn't come with anything like a stand or anything. We set up the keyboard on a chest of drawers and then a few boxes so my son could play it stood up, but my son says he doesn't use the keyboard as much as he would because he has to stand to play.

How can I set up the keyboard so he can sit and play?

Also how should a keyboard be set up when sat don in relation to his size, should it be so his forearms are reaching slighty up onto the keyboard?

Any help would be very much appreciated, I apologise that I'm a novice, I did try the search function to see if this had been reported before but found nothing.

Buy a keyboard stand and a bench... both adjustable so that you can adjust to his height. Forearms should be parallel to the floor i.e. straight (not "up" or "down"). Hard for me to describe, watch this video...

also for me I need my feet flat on the floor.
