I think that model is about 16 years old. The date listed on its MIDI Implementation Chart is January 21, 2004, but I'm not sure when the model was actually released.

The PSR-3000 is a pretty good keyboard, similar to the later PSR-S models, although its resale value could vary a good bit depending on its condition.
