Issue with YAMAHA LP1 3 pedal unit

Right pedal has stopped performing all functions. Replaced pedal unit and still happens so must be in keyboard (Yamaha DGX670) or a setting I cannot determine. Any one had experience with this, with the Pedal Controller menu or whether doing a factory reset is the answer and if so, what do I lose in the process?

You've probably assigned the sustain pedal to another function (like S.Art). You'll need to set it back to sustain.

Note issue is ALL Functions. I know how to use the pedal controller menu.

Hmm - your initial post seemed to imply that you didn't.

Page 91 of the Reference Manual indicates that you can choose to reset SystemSetup only without affecting other user settings but you would need to do a bit more research to confirm that it includes the pedal settings.
