Juno 60 Logic Pro Help

I have a Juno 60 plugged into Logic Pro X...I record a track from the Juno 60 & I hear it Doble...1 Track I can pan lower the volume everything in logic but a second over lapping track is coming through that I cant do anything with and is creating a chorus thy effect...I cant figure this out...PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!
