Juno ds61 - importing registrations

Hi people, I have a damaged juno ds61 which is going in for repair, with a 5 week wait for parts I've just bought another one. I want to export my 46 registrations from one to the other. Can anyone explain how to do this in laymans terms - I don't have a PC.

Basically you insert a thumb drive into the back of the keyboard, then from the utilities menu you format the drive in the keyboard, then again from the utilities menu you select the system backup and wait til it's done.

Then shut down the keyboard, remove the thumb drive and restore on the new board from the utilities menu again and you're golden.
