Juno stage-keys playing double notes

Had my stage now for about 5 months - when I came to play it today the keys were playing 'double' - hitting one key but getting two sounds - any ideas why this has started happening and how it can be resolved?

Is there a MIDI loop? ie do you have one or more cables connecting the MIDI OUT and the MIDI IN sockets (possibly via other MIDI devices)

No the layering is off. This stopped after it was turned on and off a few times, but then started again. The sustain is staying on after top G upwards without using the pedal.

You might have to

• disconnect everything (except power)
• do a full reset back to factory settings

If it's still bungo, it may need a trip to a service centre.....
