Keyboard amp question

I'll be getting a Motif XS8 tomorrow, and I'll be getting a peavy keyboard amp from a local music store on Saturday.

I currently have a Marshall fullstack cabinet, and I was wondering if I could hook the amp up to those for a better sound.


I'm just looking for an excuse to get them out of my closet.

Congrats on the motif xs...its a great board

I've never had any luck using guitar amps to make a keyboard sound good...they are specifically made for guitar as well as the keyboard amps being made to capture the complex sounds of a keyboard.......i say stick with just the keyboard amp

But.....if you had them both side by side....and "test" them playing thru each one seperatly, you could then see what the real difference is
