Hello guys!
I'm looking for budget keys for atmospheric sounds for metal (nice strings, piano, choirs, organs).
I tried Korg x50 it is pretty ok,
Is Korg Triton Le better?
Can anyone suggest something else?

What budget are you talking about?

The Triton is pretty old now, good sounds but new units have better samples and a well used one will be c£400

The newer x50 secondhand will be similar in price.

Throw in another £100 and you could walk away with a brand new Roland Juno DS 61.

$400 USD will buy you a used Roland Juno Di or Gi. Korg X50 is also better than a Casio. The X50 uses a subset of Triton Samples anyway. It would also get you a used Yamaha MX. Any of these are better than a Casio.

If you're interested in backing up metal I don't recommend a Casio. The sounds are pretty cheezy.

Gary ;)
