Keyboard tutors, which one!

I'm trying to find out th best way of learning to play a keyboard. Iv'e looked into a tutor, but I have to make a living so I guess the time that I have off would not be convenient to a tutor. So I'm looking around at other posibilities. There seems to be scores of web based and 'kit' keyboard tutors where you can do self paced learning. Which ones are the best. Whats the best way.

I think you can always buy a DVD about learning to play the keyboards, from basic. You watch the tutor play and you play along. It works to me.
