KN5000. Problem with part setting function--

HI. I have a KN5000. After I go to sound button...I can not get the part setting function to work. Not sure if I did something to cause this inadvertently or what's up. I have tried turning keyboard off and on and did a reset as well. Playing in a gig tomorrow. Sure could use some quick help.
