At long last I have bought a stand that is far less industrial looking for use in our multi functional garden room.
The stand is rock solid and will support quite a weight without any lateral or for and aft movement.
One issue is with the 2nd tier accessory, attach it and it to is rock solid but as you will see on the next image it does protrude a lot further than it needs to do at the front.
Time to dust off the old hacksaw and shorten it.
Job done.
Well not quite, tried to fit the K&M Headphone bracket but the only place to fit it is to the horizontal arms and then the headphones cannot be accessed easily as they would be behind the keyboard so it is out with the drill to remove the rivet and drill out the spot welds and fit a bolt so now the bracket is attached to the vertical leg and easily accessed.
