Korg BX-3 with A#, B keys playing louder than the others on the lower manual

Hi there, new to this form. I had a Roland Juno 106 way back when that had a similar problem to my Korg Bx-3. Notes at certain intervals are playing louder than the others. Don't recall what the fix was 20 years ago, anyone got any ideas? Thanks
