KORG Krome missing sounds

Hello there

I bought a 2nd hand Krome in good faith some time ago, but did not fully go through all of the sound banks. Bank F has more than 100 missing sounds. The keyboard may have other missing sounds in the combination mode also. What would have caused the sounds to go missing & can I replace them? Any assistance would be much appreciated.

Bank F is user defined sounds. There wouldn't be anything "missing", it just means they've not been defined.
