Korg Kronos importing wav files

Have recently bought a Korg Kronos 61 and am wanting to import a wav file drum track into the keyboard. Have followed instructions I can find regarding creating a file in the internal memory and importing it in. Every time I try and do it though, it says file unavailable which implies it is in the wrong format even though it is a wav and that's how I've named it. Can anyone help l please.
