Korg M1R and Midi controller question

Hi all! A Very long time ago I had a Korg M1. I loved it but sold it when I got a Triton. I wanted that M1 again but I have a great Midi controller. The M Audio Oxygen Pro 6. I bought a Korg M1R and have run into an issue. I hooked up the controller to the M1R via Midi din, it plays the “programs“ just fine but not the “Combis” it will play one of the sounds in a combi stack but not all. On the Old M1 Keyboard you just switched the buttons and played. I even used a Roland AX-1 Keytar and could play the Combis just fine through midi from the AX-1 into the M1 Keyboard.

Any Ideas?

Combis use two MIDI channels simultaneously.

You have to set up the Oxygen to send on the two channels at once, either as a split or a layer.

Thank you for the response. I cannot find a way to send more than one channel at a time from the Oxygen Pro. Am I missing something?
I would love to transmit midi on all channels at once from the Oxygen Pro that way I could just select different synths on the midi Patch bay (Roland A-880) and not have to constantly menu dive to switch midi channels on the Oxygen pro
