£2649 for the 61 key
£2949 for the 73 key
£3199 for the 88 key

@ my local store, flagged as stock estimated 31 Mar.

It looks priced right from the off, we usually see high Korg prices for a year or so then they settled down.

As expected by many it looks like the Kronos 3 is a tremendous keyboard.

I was going to get the Fantom but now that the Kronos is back I'm going for it. I'm getting the 88 keys.

I don't really see anything new, hardware wise? How is this an update? Just a bunch of new sounds and programs/combis/sequences. I don't get it; what the hell is Korg doing?

It's new to me because I never owned one. But hardware wise it looks the same. Why change something that works so well? Plus the more hardware changes you make raises the cost.

The UI is a bit easier to navigate on the Kronos than on the Nautilus. That's probably not enough to motivate the comeback, so a wild guess is pressure from musicians to make workstations great again. Nautilus was an odd 1 + 0.01 - 0.1 "upgrade" from the Kronos anyway.

Korg Kronos 3 is an upgrade of (downgraded) Nautilus and a replacement for old Kronos 1-X in case of physical or hardware damage and not worth in any other case like for instance replacing a working Kronos 2 only for a faster startup and some new factory sounds.

But there are some extra benefits concerning upgrading from Nautilus , Premium EXs sound libraries of Korg Store and WavesArt Developments that only Kronos can support , will be back and will remarkably enhance your workstation.
