I tried to edit your post to fix the quote, but for some reason it didn't work, so I just decided to remove the quote since it wasn't really needed.

I found a page which suggests that all you need to do is rename the file's extension from ".KST" to ".MID":

I imagine that KST files are like Yamaha's style files as far as containing a standard MIDI portion along with one or more non-MIDI data chunks. A MIDI player or MIDI program will normally ignore data chunks it doesn't recognize, so the renamed file should play using a standard MIDI player, although the voices might not be exactly the same as expected since the MIDI player won't have the Ketron's voices.

Also, a style file contains sections that are intended to loop indefinitely until you switch to a different section, and are designed to change keys as you play different chords, so playing it from beginning to end without any looping and without any key changes will also sound different.

But if you are trying to convert the Ketron style file to a MIDI file as the first step in converting it to some other keyboard's style file format, I think renaming the extension should do the trick.
