Kurwell SP47 issue with Pedal

I have been gigging with my Kurzwell SP-47 for about 3 years.

At the moment when I use the sustain pedal- it causes the output to drop almost to nothing...there is usually some static first. I have tried another pedal- same problem. Any ideas? There are no available technicians in Brisbane for weeks so I am a bit stuck!
Am using with Alto amp.

I would like to delete that thread but I can't seem to work out how? I am sure this KB is faulty and happens also without the pedal when more noted are being played.

Try a system reset before you send it out for repair.

It is possible that you've got some setting out of whack.

Back up your programs first.

Thanks Gary! Done now, still an issue- so off to repair and to hopefully hire a KB today! As I know it will take a long time.
Fingers crossed- I don't need to buy a new one!
