Kurzweil pc88 issue

Hi there,
My kurzweil pc88 won't make any sound and I think it's a zone programming issue but I'm not sure. Pls help me

Back up your settings, then unplug all pedals and other connectors except for line out and do a factory reset.

If the problem persists it's a hardware failure.

May seem a stupid question but bear with me

Do you play and listen using headphones or using the inbuilt amplifier and speakers?

If you use headphones check them out and if you have removed them do make sure that you have not left a small adaptor in the headphones socket.

I already mentioned that he should unplug everything except the line out.
