Unlike many I had organ lessons as a teenager. So I know chords and can read music fairly well (treble clef much faster than bass clef). FFWD 50 years and I would like to be able to play a bit of piano (I have a 88 Key K2700, a 73 Key Hydrasynth, 25 key Seaboard and XK5 based B3 with 3300W Leslie). I know that scales practise is good for developing my keystrikes on the 88 but flounder with what way to approach integrating LH play with the RH melody.

Any particular suggestions for focusing on this aspect of piano play?

I had a similar experience sorting through big lesson libraries, and using the open studio jazz review helped me figure out which courses to start with so I didn’t get swamped. The play-alongs and MIDI breakdowns made practice way more fun for me, and I just picked one clear path and stuck to it. Keeping it simple made the whole thing click.
