Leslie effect in PC 3K set up mode

Kurzweil PC 3K7
Programming a set up with a zone with program 54, 70 draw bars organ. When selected as a program the sustain pedal works as a Leslie effect. How do I program that into a set up. I tried all sorts of different parameters in the foot switch screen and I’m getting nowhere. Any ideas?
