Looking for photos of the IOB board from a Kurzweil KP110

Hi everyone,

I'm currently trying to repair a Kurzweil KP110 keyboard that won’t power on. Inside, I found a board labeled M361_IOB_V02_160118, and I'm hoping to compare it with a working one.

If anyone here owns a working KP110, could you please share clear photos of the IOB board (front and back if possible)? It would help me a lot in checking for missing or damaged components.

I attached an image, behind the USB port, there is something missing in my board.

Whatever your level of experience in working with PCB's, you need to be aware that just because there's provision for other components, it doesn't necessary follow that something's missing. See the attached picture of one of the PCB's from my fully working Yamaha CP300, showing four 'missing' transistors.

This is very common and it usually indicates that the board is also designed to be used in other models or that the design has been revised and modified to eliminate a component. So, unless you know or suspect that someone else has been working on this, it's a pretty safe bet that nothing is missing.

If you still have doubts, look on the other side at the solder pads - it should be easy to see if something has been previously attached and desoldered.
