Hi everyone. I got a Medeli A1000 but it freezes during startup. When I press the power button, the display turns on and the device wants to start up. However, it does not go further than the third dot and gets stuck there. Anyone have any ideas what I can do? I also didn't see a USB port to insert a stick anywhere. Just an old USB port to connect to the computer. However, I have no idea which software to use. Thanks in advance if anyone can help me.

The User Manual shows that you can insert a USB stick although it seems the port is in an unusual position, under the keybed in the middle of the the keyboard. The manual also refers to resetting it to factory settings which may fix your problem. I have Medeli A1000 since 10 years ago, and I have the same issue. Another issue I have is there are no audio until 5 minutes or more after starting up.
Back on topic. What I think you can do is switch off the main power adapter. Wait for 30 seconds or so.
Now try pressing the power button and hold it on for at least 10-15 seconds. Repeat this and see if the Medeli A1000 can start. It works for me somehow, so I hope that this works for you too.
