Hi everyone. I got a Medeli A1000 but it freezes during startup. When I press the power button, the display turns on and the device wants to start up. However, it does not go further than the third dot and gets stuck there. Anyone have any ideas what I can do? I also didn't see a USB port to insert a stick anywhere. Just an old USB port to connect to the computer. However, I have no idea which software to use. Thanks in advance if anyone can help me.

I have Medeli A1000 since 10 years ago, and I have the same issue. Another issue I have is there are no audio until 5 minutes or more after starting up.

Back on topic. What I think you can do is switch off the main power adapter. Wait for 30 seconds or so.
Now try pressing the power button and hold it on for at least 10-15 seconds. Repeat this and see if the Medeli A1000 can start. It works for me somehow, so I hope that this works for you too.

If anyone needs to restore and update the medeli A1000 software, the original firmware version
V1.7
V.1.1
V1.2
V1.35
V1.36
V1.48 with all the full instructions and how to update or repair it yourself. Please contact me privately in English, preferably with a translator. I will definitely help, but not for free. Thank you for your understanding. My email address is (e-mail address removed) By the way, I don't recommend downloading these firmwares that people have posted on the forums because you will only damage your synthesizer's motherboard, and if you don't believe me, then check the forums because some people have damaged their synthesizers with these firmwares. I only have the original and only working firmware, all versions and all updates, and a set of instructions for all programs that have not been available on the calipers for a long time, and I have all the real update instructions. Not the ones that someone posted here because they are all wrong. For more detailed instructions, please write to me and I will reply as soon as possible. Save your nerves and time, or better yet, money.
