Hey all,
I‘ve been exploring using python on my Mac to drive patch changes to 3 keyboards. It just loads a csv file in a tree view (table). Each row is a song so clicking on a row just the patch changes for that song. It’s very simple. It was working great and then when making a cosmetic tweak it actually crashed python. The port was still discoverable via Bluetooth but would not accept patch changes. I rebooted everything , cme WIDI master devices, mac computer. Even reset the WIDI. whats weird is that it was working for 2 weeks or so and now it recognizes the device via Apple MIDI and the WIDI app itself, but I still can’t send a patch change.
i even turned the lights on and off a few times …. Any pointers, ideas or even sarcastic comments?
. I think i still have some old midi cables lying around, but the las thing I need is more cables.
Sorry for the verbosity and stream of consciousness but I’ve worked all night trying to fix it and very tired.
Thanks again,
Cliff
