MIDI to XK3

I have a Hammond XK3 w/ Leslie. I run Vintage Organs in Logic X. I am a mediocre organist and can’t coordinate all 4 limbs on the XK 3 in real time, but I can play all the organ parts individually. The NI vintage organ plugin sounds great, but not even close to the XK3 and Leslie. Since vintage organs has a built in XK mapping option, is it possible to lay down all of my organ parts and automate various parameters (ie. Leslie, drawbars, expression) in logic, quantize and correct the midi, and play it back through the XK3 using its own sound generator with the “real” Leslie?
