Moxf8 v.s. Mox8 architecture.

I recently purchased a Moxf8 and find not only is the manual very inadequate but resources on line (video tutorials ) don't cover many areas in dephth.I just bought a $31.00 "Moxf in and out" and was very disappointed because all it really covered was the Flash loading and configuring. Anyone know of in depth tutorials available or does the Mox8 tutorials apply to the Moxf also??

I have the last generation, Mox6 and Mox8 and agree the manual is tough to follow. I've had to go to Yamaha's website, type in the model number, and download supplemental manuals for Midi or other features. They're equally difficult to follow manuals, but they do have several other supplemental ones available. Other than that, not sure where else to look.

Yep. What you'll find these days is modern keyboards have that many functions that the manual that comes packaged with the 'board only covers the basics to get you going.

"Bad Mister" Phil Clendenon and the folks over there will be glad to help you out. They are the gurus for the entire Motif line. I found their help invaluable when I had my XS6.
