I have a keyboard branded GLS PSR-550A

which has reduced its factory tone settings by two half steps.

G sounds as F.
F sounds as Db .

I've tried the different factory reset options but none works on this keyboard.

Is there any PC software that can help me do factory reset??

Is there a pitch bend wheel on your board?

If so, it needs to be replaced or repaired and calibrated.

Is it still set to equal tuning or has some western tuning option been turned on. also G to F is two semitones, F to Db is four semitones, so I'm thinking that its no longer set to equal temperment. Not sure that a reset fixes that; you many have to manually go into the menu system and adjust that directly. Also, since you said that the tuning is off 2 semi-tones you may have mistyped above and the Db should have been typed as Eb which would be 2 semitones then it just might be set to 416 hz rather than 440 hz. See page 53 in the owners manual

Hey OVERFLOW, thanks for getting back to us to let us know what you may have found out.

P.S. think twice before asking for more advice....
