My Phantom-08 rattles like something is loose

I got my new 08 just 2 days ago at Guitar Center. Picked it up at the store. Today while playing i noticed rattling sometimes when I hit the keys. Didn't notice that before. But I was playing at very low volume this time. After some messing around I realized that the issue is the plastic panel above. If you just tap on the top panel just above the keyboard right in the middle, under the display, it really rattles. If you tap on the keys in the middle it rattles, less so far left and right. If you hold down the panel while tapping the keys the rattling goes away. I checked the screws on the bottom around that area and they are all tight. If you push down on the panel it moves. Is this a feature of the Phantom-0? Seems perhaps that they may have gone a bit too far in the price cutting.

Set up a return and have it swapped for a different keyboard.
