need help regarding lara's theme

hi,
i'm a beginner in keyboard playing & also a new member of this wonderful community. recently i have learnt to play a part of lara's theme from movie dr. zhivago. i'm trying to learn the whole piece. i searched through you tube. everywhere i got tutorial for piano version not for keyboard. can you please help me to find the complete music sheet of lara's theme also mentioning chords played by lt hand? i stumbled upon a link in youtube and got completely blown away. i'm sharing the link

since then on i am searching the whole piece with chords. i know that the gentleman playing it is a pro. if i can play 0.1% of it, i will be happy. many many thanks in advance.
