Hmm... i never played the song but i just took a peek on youtube.
Hammond-organ plays mostly just chords. That shouldn't be such a problem.
There are a few classic blues licks in there but that's about it. Take down the chords first, and remember NOT to play them in triads cause that will make your sound blurry and mushy. Play them in 5ths instead and slide to a higher
octave from time to time
The technique of playing the hammond is far different then playing the piano.
When you get the chords, try learning a few blues riffs. they mostly consist of the blues scale witch is fairly easy to learn. So when you have the chords and the licks, only thing that's left is to add a bit of the song's melody into it.
